At Devon Properties Ltd., protecting your privacy is of paramount importance.  We limit collection of personal information that which is essential for us to deliver services under the company’s agreement with owner, investors and tenants.

We collect personal information for the following purposes:

• To establish eligibility for tenancy and assess credit worthiness;
• To process payments;
• To respond to emergencies;
• To ensure orderly management;
• To meet legal and regulatory requirements.

Before gathering personal information we obtain the appropriate consents; after which, we implement stringent standards to limit the collection, retention, and disclosure of that data.

Individuals can request access to their personal information and enquire about how we collect, use and disclose such information.  Requests must be in writing and sufficiently detailed so that we may respond appropriately to the requests.  Verification of your identity will be required.  When providing information, we will edit certain information as required or authorized by law, including the personal information of other individuals and information that is subject to an investigation.
