The accounting group is the back bone of Devon and has given immense confidence to our clients for the last 30 years. 

We believe accurate and timely reporting is a core competency of a professional property management group. 

For an owner to trust that their building is being professionally managed, they have to know every detail of the operations are being accounted/recorded/reported and managed. To meet this standard, a very strong accounting group is required.

Our dedication to this core competency is constant.  We are continually striving to improve our systems and policies to ensure our reporting is accurate and timely.  On a daily basis, we ask ourselves, are we being efficient?, are there weaknesses in our systems? and how can we do this better?

In providing this reporting, we have conscientiously over complemented our accounting department and try to train our employees in multiple functions in order that all members understand each component of the accounting cycle.
