Devon Properties Ltd. has traditionally arranged mortgage financing for our clientele as an ancillary service.

Devon has an excellent reputation within the lending community in terms of a broker representing premium borrowers and premium properties. As well, a “Devon” managed building provides confidence to lenders due to our historical ability to maximize income and market value over the long term.

For the past 30 years, this effort has been led by Rob Hunter who has maintained relationships with numerous established lenders. Rob has invaluable knowledge of market demand and pricing.

Dave Craig has brokered over $100 million in lending transactions for commercial buildings, industrial properties, raw land, construction loans, subdivision loans, operating lines, private equity, mezzanine financing, equipment financing and reverse mortgage financing. His strong experience in working both sides of the transaction as both a lender and a borrower gives him a unique perspective to quickly recognize what is bankable, how to structure the transaction, and who is currently in the market to fill the lending requirement.

Rob Hunter and Dave Craig are licensed mortgage brokers and have historically provided brokerage services off the side of their desk.
